Ilene Wasserman
Ilene is a Senior Fellow at the McNulty Leadership Program at the Wharton Leadership Program at the University of Pennsylvania, where she is the lead executive coach for the Advanced Management Program and coaches with the Women’s Executive Leadership Program, and the MBA programs. She has also been an Executive in Residence for CCL, where she provides guidance on women’s leadership, diversity and 0rganization development and leadership.
Ilene received her Ph.D. from the Fielding Graduate University in Human and Organizational Development. She also holds Masters Degrees in both Counseling Psychology and Social Work from Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cornell University in Human Development. She is the co-author of Communicating Possibilities: A Brief Introduction to the Coordinated Management of Meaning (CMM) and Peer Coaching at Work: Principles and Practices as well as several articles and book chapters.
